Immediately upon creating the patient we will populate name, SSN, and DOB (where available).
After the patient is accepted from pending, the following fields will be filled out inside of PCC:
Gender, Home Phone, Language, Marital Status, Religion, Patient Race, Medicaid Number, MBI
