Yes, Triage supports two-way messaging via all major referral platforms including Careport, Curaspan, Aida, Aidin, Ensocare, and Hospital Epics.
You can message the hospital from the referral directly in Magicare. That conversation goes back to the same platform the referral came from (CarePort, Ensocare, and others we have connected).
How
Open the referral.
Use the hospital message box (not the internal notes box).
Send. You should see your message in the thread.
If send fails (most messages take under 30 seconds, but please wait up to 2 minutes before informing us):
Reply in the original hospital portal for that referral so the case manager still hears from you, then tell us.
Note: Internal notes (@ teammates) stay inside Magicare and are not sent to the hospital.
